Charles has over 17 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and Business Operations Management. Having worked on numerous projects with diverse groups of cross-functional professionals in both private and public sectors, he brings a unique blend of practical hands-on and coaching experience in delivering projects through all its phases. In his current job where he serves as the Director of Information Systems, he is responsible for coordinating all Information Technology initiatives and managing a portfolio for projects directed at achieving the organization's strategic Information Technology objectives.
