The Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in Agile project management, primarily focusing on facilitating and coaching the Scrum team to ensure adherence to Scrum practices.   5. Prioritization: Assisting the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized Product Backlog, ensuring the team is always working on the most valuable tasks.
